In the 1930s, Mr. José Sebastián Vicente, an entrepreneurial character, moved to Switzerland seeking to perfect his trade in an environment with a long meat tradition. After two decades as butcher manager in one of the most prestigious companies in Geneva, he returned to Spain with the idea of putting into practice all the knowledge acquired from that prestigious school.
